Attorney at Law, specialized in criminal counseling, litigation and amparo proceedings.

Graduated from Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico City. Completed a Criminal Law specialization Degree in the Escuela Libre de Derecho, Mexico City a Degree in “Mexico´s New Criminal Justice System” at the Universidad Autónoma de México (UNAM), and a Degree in the “New Constitutional Human Rights and Amparo System”.

His professional practice initiated in 1999. In 2006 he founded the Firm “ZAPATA ABOGADOS”. Partner and cofounder of the Firm ZAPATA | VELASCO | GOMEZ MONT. Formerly imparted the Subject “Criminal Law Crimes and Misdemeanors” at Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico City, and presently teaches at the Escuela Libre de Derecho a course in “Criminal Law Practice”.

Member of the Mexican Bar Association. Speaks English as a Second Language.
