Attorney at law, specialized in criminal litigation. Has dedicated most of his career to represent international companies in complex lawsuits.

Graduated from Escuela Libre de Derecho (2013) and has a Masters degree in criminal law and criminal proceedings from Instituto de Estudios Superiores en Derecho Penal (2017).

Completed a postgraduate course in Criminal Law at the Instituto HEBO, as well as a Criminal Law Degree at Universitat de Girona and Instituto HEBO.

Started his law internships at García Alcocer Abogados and Baker and Mackenzie.

From 2008 to 2012 continued his litigation career at Riquelme, Sirazi Abogados, where he was named partner from 2013 until.

In 2021 joined as partner Zapata Velasco Gómez Mont.

Has assisted as professor in Criminal Law Courses at Escuela Libre de Derecho; and in Criminal Proceedings Courses at Universidad Panamericana Campus Mixcoac and Santa Fe. Currently teaches Criminal Proceedings at Universidad Panamericana.

Is an active member of the Mexican Bar Association, where he has been Coordinator of the Young Lawyer Commission and Sub coordinator of the Money Laundering Commission, as well as Sub secretary of Defense, in charge of revising and taking actions against possible attacks to lawyers in the completion of their duty.

Participates actively in pro-bono activities, in defense of people with low income or resources.

Speaks English as a second language.
